I bet Lamet is on a pitch count tomorrow so they probably want Paddack to throw several more innings.

Shaw hitting it hard and getting rewarded for a change

 

I love it! In 2019, if Shaw would have gone cold like he has been for the last week, he would have pressed and changed his approach. This time he's still managed to put together some nice ABs, and has scalded some balls that just happened to he hit right at fielders. He's always going to be a streaky hitter, but so far, he's proven that he can be an overall asset.

 

Hiura on the other hand ...
