I have Uverse and haven't been able to get it. I just thought they shut the app down when the name switched to Bally.

The irony is I just tried it with my AT&T TV login and it worked, odd how one AT&T service is different from another in that respect.

I don’t get the love for Freddy. As a starter he is a bullpen killer. As a reliever he is a roll of the dice. He seems like a lot more value as a trade chip than an every fifth day starter.

I saw posts from Indians, marlins, heat, and Padres fans that seem to indicate its am exclusively uverse issue. Possibly because att doesn't offer uverse anymore it might be another thing att is doing to make uverse customers switch from uverse to whatever it is they are offering now.

Every year I try to get on the Freddy Peralta optimism bus, but I just can’t stay on long. As a starter I just don’t see it. Even when pitching well he is usually serving up too many walks or having too long of ABs where he can’t go long. It’s like Yovani Gallardo except 1/10th the talent and the fact modern day pitchers don’t throw 110+ pitches so he never ends up deep in games.

1/10th is a bit harsh. Personally, I think Gallardo was more of a pitcher and Freddy has more arm talent (i.e. a thrower). Over the years, we have seen Freddy grow as a pitcher. Struggled in the pen a few years ago... decent in the pen last year... now I'm hoping that he can command a few more pitches than just the FB he can start trusting his stuff and put together a decent starter.

Who does go deep into games anymore? It's not the 70s, 5 inning starts and 25 man bullpens are common.
