Looking at the stats, no extra base hits for the team. I bet that doesnt happen again this year.

20 hits total, all singles. Don't know if it was the humid air or what. But it goes to show if the OF plays deep enough to conceed the single but not allow the XBH, the opponent won't score many if they have to nickel-and-dime it.

 

Also notice out OBP < BA. bet that doesnt happen again this year
