So where does this Patriots effort rank among all time pathetic playoff efforts?

Last team to give up 50 points was the Texans to the Chiefs in 2019, but they "only" lost 51-31, so a 20 point differential.

Last team to lose by 30 plus was Vikings to the Eagles 38-7 in the 2017 NFCCG.

And like this game, they weren't as close as the score would indicate.

The Bills did not commit a turnover or kick a field goal or punt. first game in history where that happened (if you believe Twitter)

Kinda feels like a year where a younger QB breaks through with their career defining Super Bowl win. When you look at it the AFC only has two Super Bowl winners and they play each other right off the bat. On the NFC side it’s just Rodgers and Brady. Unless I am missing someone.

I could see a Super Bowl with two QBs that have never won it all…or even made the super Bowl.

Did I just witness the most exquisite playoff performance by a QB of all time? Rodgers’ march through Atlanta in the 2010 Super Bowl run was my previous #1, but what Allen just did to that defense is unbelievable.

Montana in Super Bowl 24 is the best. The Broncos had the #1 ranked scoring defense that season.

I saw on ESPN earlier in the week, a video by Julian Edelman that he put a 100k bet on the pats to play the bucs. And just like that 100k down the toilet.
Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."

The AFC was the Minor Leagues for about 20 years until the Packers lost to Denver.

Rooting hard for the Eagles and 49ers today, though smart money says only the 49ers are a realistic possibility.

I expect KC to dominate tonight in another clunker game.

Perhaps I'm just being hopeful but Tampa might be in trouble with the condition of their roster. I'm picking them to win, I think it's close most of the way but they pull away in the 4th.

I'm starting to think SF is going to win though.

To be fair to Edelman, that $100K was given to him by the betting app he used to make that wager in order to generate publicity - and Edelman made the perfect bet to generate as much publicity as he could have.

It actually was. No team in playoff history had ever scored a TD on every possession. Now, technically they didn't because they got the ball back with <2 minutes left and didn't score but they just did three kneel-downs.
