As far as I can tell it actually looks impossible for NO/TB matchup next weekend. It's just a question now if the final team in is SF or NO. I think I'd rather see SF get in.

There's real potential for Dallas to lose next weekend I think, and that could potentially bring SF to Lambeau which I think would be as nice of a divisional game as we could ask for.

SF in the divisional round? No thank you, not at all the matchup I would want. A team with an elite TE and good offensive weapons that can run the ball schematically? Seems like a lousy matchup to me. I'm sure they'd get Deebo out in space as much as possible and maybe even draw up some things for Lance.

The Eagles would be the only divisional matchup where I'd be thinking, "this should be pretty easy."

Meh. If we lose to a 7-loss team at home in January, we stink.

Looks like Arizona is going to lose anyway so the Rams/Bucs matchup will hold either way. Looking at a Cowboys-Rams march into the Super Bowl if they can beat the Bucs.

Ok, a Rams-Cowboys march to the Super Bowl provided Dallas beats Tampa, which I doubt.

Joe Judge when asked why he ran a qb sneak up the middle on 2nd and then 3rd down from his own 4 yard line.

"we were setting up the punt".

This dude is a gutless coward who (we already knew) shouldn't be a coach of any sort in the NFL.

For the people that get mad when their receivers run 6 yard patterns on 3rd and 8, there is nothing like a qb sneak on 2nd and 9, and then also on 3rd and 9, and your coach coming out and saying "we were setting up the punt".

Have the Giants fired this guy yet??

It's the playoffs, we're not gonna get to play the Jets. I'm sure you could cherry pick reasons why each team may not be ideal for us, however I do not understand any kind of fear of playing SF. QBs ultimately drive the NFL and I would rather face their crop than Stafford, Dak, or Brady. I think Arizona is done, so maybe I'd rather get them...but if we were to lose the 49ers...I maintain it's because we most likely suck.

I'm wondering what likely divisional opponent those of you questioning my post would rather face? I highly doubt AZ or Philly makes it out of next weekend. You would rather play the Bucs, Cowboys or Rams over the 49ers?

Considering we can't play #2 or #3 the question is most likely would you prefer SF or LA. I think we'll run over either one, tbh. Then shank a game winning field goal the next week.

I think the niners are going to beat Dallas so scared or not I think they are the likely division round opponent. I try not to worry about opponents as nothing we can do but niners and Tampa did become worst case scenarios as many predicted the last 2 years.

The 49ers in 2019 were way better than the Packers. If anything we lucked out getting Seattle at home that season.

Last year, although I thought we'd win the NFC, it was more of a 50-50 between TB and GB and it was a much better game.

This year I see GB as a clear favorite but won't ever count the Bucs out. I don't see any other team as a real threat and again, if the 49ers beat us at home, we choked.

The Niners could do what they did in 2019 and run for 300 yards. That won't be a choke job.

Yeah it’s only been 2 weeks since the D was destroyed by Cleveland’s oline.

They looked pretty tough in the trenches again today, I haven’t watched them in a while but it was impressive.

If that happens it will prove the defense has been fool's gold all season long. Another early exit this year and you might have to think about tearing it down and starting a rebuild, even if it means trading Rodgers. The haul they could get for him would be a great start.

If they were to lose to 10-7 SF in their first game I think that would be it for Rodgers in GB. He would wiggle his way out I think.

Brady is the GOAT, love him or hate him, it's a fact.

Just because its your opinion (or even consensus opinion) doesn't make it a fact.

A fact would be that Bart Starr was 5-1 (.833 W%) in NFL Championship Games, while Brady is 7-3 (.700 W%) in NFL Championship Games.

That is hilarious...

Brady being the best all time QB is as close to factual as it gets. No other QB is even close to winning 7 super bowls.

I get it, people hate agreeing with the fan of another team, but Brady is the GOAT, and it isn't even debatable.

You're not really understanding what was said there are you?

He definitely has the most rings, so he played on a lot of good teams.

A lot of NFL QBs have played on good teams, but no one else has 7 super bowl wins.

Down playing the greatness of Brady is just silly talk.

I will admit, when he was a Patriot, I rooted against him all the time. Not because I didn't like the man himself, just got tired of watching him win.

So I completely understand why so many are against him, and don't want to give him props.

Oh I get it, I'm just not going to bow to such nonsense.

He's the GOAT for a reason.

I'm not downplaying him at all.

I think (as has been pointed out by multiple other people) proclaiming an opinion as a "fact" and "not worth debating" is just as silly as downplaying Brady's accomplishments.

Even if 99 out of 100 people agree with you, it's still just that, an opinion.
