I'm not a believer in the Rams and Stafford is the reason why. He'll give you a better fantasy football season than Goff but there is a reason the Lions lost a ton of games while guys like Rodgers, Mahomes and Brady can will the worst of rosters to 10 wins. Stafford is and always has been way too capable of dropping enormous duds.

I just can't see him outperforming Rodgers in a playoff game. I also just don't see "superstar" in Kyler Murray but that is just a weird gut feeling I get watching him play. Tampa is still the only team I'd really prefer we just don't play.

I really enjoyed seeing Mike White get his reality check and being served a giant slice of humble pie.

I'm surprised to see anyone have this take unless you're a Zach Wilson dynasty owner. Mike White seems like the kind of guy everyone would want to root for.

Nothing against Mike but there was talk of him taking over the starting job after just 5 quarters of decent play and that was just stupid

The City of Chicago may commission a feasibility study to look into purchasing the Bears. They’ve even floated a stock sale similar to how the Packers raise funds:

Good luck. I think the Bears are valued at something like $4billion

Wouldn't the NFL want to kill the City owning the team? I would presume public ownership would make all their financials public, and I can't imagine the NFL would like people (especially the players) know what sort of revenue they make per year.

I saw this comment on F-B today and I thought "no way".... but digging a little deeper.......

There's no QB establishing himself head and shoulders above everyone else.

Taylor has 15 Touchdowns now in 11 games.

He's leading the NFL in rushing.

He's basically put the Colts on his back and carried them into playoff contention.

He's averaging a ludicrous 5.8 YPC. That's nearly unheard of in the NFL for a feature back.

I think there's a strong case to be made here.

Apparently Nagy was at his son's high school game the other night and people were chanting "Fire Nagy". This would absolutely happen in Wisconsin to a Packer coach so I can't rag on them too much but still....stay classy, bears fans.

everything hill does, a regular position player can do better. it can be argued that his versatility is nice to have in case of injuries, but 40 million for a guy that gets about 70 to 100 touches a year as a gadget backup is a lot of money

Yeah, I just don't get the hype...especially with a salary cap this deal makes no sense

Matt Nagy will supposedly be fired after Thursday's game. Will be hilarious if they blow out the Lions (which is likely to happen) and then he gets canned.

As a Packer fan, I love absolutely everything to do with how the Bears' org is run

Yep, couldn't be happier to see them giving their rookie QB a new offensive system going into year 2. That's always a positive for QB development, and a sign of an organization that knows what it's doing.

The Lions calling back to back timeouts in the 4qt was vintage. Defense out of sorts, 3rd and long, 5 yard penalty. Then the bears get the first to milk the clock and lions not enough time outs left. It’s amazing how bad they have been for so long. You’d think something would click eventually.

3rd and 4. Cbs gave them 7yards. Not even trying to play jump the route miracle unt to win. Just gave the 1st would been better to let score td.
