If we were playing the Jets next week I'd worry about Darnold picking us apart and our ability to run the ball.

I would hang this up all week in the Packers locker room and let it stew.

“We knew them guys didn’t deserve to be on the field with us because we got too much talent and we fly around to the ball.”

I have had it up to here with getting to the final four and then watching our team get bullied right off the field. So many playoff exits in the last ten years have been absolutely emasculating, excrement-filled dumpster fires that even snot-nosed brats like Devin White—who have exactly zero pelts on the wall—talk stuff like this.

It is time to be the danger. It is time to be the one who knocks.

(And if I feel that way, I can’t imagine how somebody like Rodgers feels)

The NFL is going to want Brady vs Mahomes in the Super Bowl so I think there's your outcomes.

(That's like 35% blue.)

Why? I think if you polled the nation, seeing Brady in yet another SB is not at the top of their choices. Besides, it's not like Rodgers/Mahomes is less of a draw.

Doesn't matter what the people want, Brady going to another Super Bowl with a new team and after Belichek fell on his face without him is the storyline the sports media want.

It doesn't really matter what the sports media wants either, they have no bearing on the outcome of the game. But it's not like they're getting Bears/Titans if they don't get the Brady/Mahomes bowl. The insinuation that Packers/Chiefs is an inferior marketing product compared to Bucs/Chiefs is weird to me. It's the State Farm Bowl. It's a rematch of Super Bowl 1. It's arguably the two most talented QBs in NFL history and the two best offenses facing off on the biggest stage. It's a matchup of two MVPs and two Super Bowl MVPs. It's an extremely marketable matchup and storyline.

More like the NFL would want the story of GB beating KC in SB 1 55years ago. Especially with the number of recent Packer legend deaths. You also get to see the top 2 likely MVPs for season head to head. Imo of course.

I don't know about anyone else, but I like Bruce Arians less and less every time I hear him talk. He just comes across as both arrogant and petty.

First off after the playoff win against Washington, he's asked about Winfield and he uses the opportunity to put down Chase Young and talk about how he hasn't done nearly as much as Winfield to be Rookie of the Year. He wasn't even asked about Young. Really dude? You can't just praise your guy and move on?

Then after yesterday, he goes out of his way to put down Belichick and discuss how he didn't handle Brady properly. Really Bruce, let's be honest, love him or hate him, Belichick has accomplished much more than you will in your entire lifetime, so probably best not to go there, either

The Bucs have numerous guys that really need to be put in their place, but Arians and Devin White are definitely atop that list.

Look at it this way. Tampa beat NO the 3rd time facing them and after a 38-3 drubbing by the Saints due to turnover battle w/l.

GB lost that 1st game after appearing dominant when Rodgers turned the ball over. Just as simple as cleaning that up and not throwing ints. Point is it's going to be tough to beat GB twice. HFA this time too. As somebody said previously Tampa took advantage of the field position off the turnovers but not so much otherwise. 1st game was a pick 6 and inside our 10yd line for 14 easy points. The longer the field we make Tampa play the better our defense will do. Defense has improved on the TO department since Tampa as well.

I'm pretty confident that we'll win. With that said, I think Tampa is probably pretty confident that they'll win as well.

I think the reason I'm more nervous than usual is that I think we SHOULD win. I was just happy to be in the NFC Championship game last year but I figured if GB won it'd be lucky. Maybe the team felt the same way :)

A colleague of mine pointed out that Tom Brady will have now played in more NFC Championship games in the last 25 years than the Dallas Cowboys.

I do realize you specified NFC.

Then I wondered, what NFL teams are closest to being in as many conference championship games in the last 25 years as Brady?

Packers and Steelers, 8 each. This will be GB's 9th.

This will be Brady's 14th conf. championship game.

I really don't "hate" Brady. I do HATE all the press and talk he tends to get. I would loath to think of the sports coverage if he makes the SB again.

His leadership ability and ways to rally a team are simply impressive. I've never been much of a Belicheck fan, however...

This game should be the best single sporting event since COVID started. We're lucky to get Rodgers vs Brady. I'm more interested in this game than any potential Superbowl matchup.

It will almost certainly be a close game that comes down to the 4th quarter. It feels like Rodgers has more on the line than Brady and I think Rodgers' ability to throw downfield will be the difference.

If you think the NFL has the fix in, it would be for Rodgers and not Brady. Brady's legacy is already cemented, whereas Rodgers would benefit greatly from a second championship.

I hope they both get hurt in the first quarter and the Packers win 3-0.
