I had never heard of the term until it came up in an all-male support group that I was in during college. The most straightforward example would be men being uncomfortable expressing vulnerability or weakness, crying, or asking for help. Generally because men grew up with male role models behaving a certain way and the way men were portrayed in pop culture/TV/movies, especially 10+ years ago. Definitely more of a thing for millennials and younger who experienced one thing growing up and found themselves in a different world. It's difficult for many young men to navigate that space and it should be talked about more...and yes, it goes both ways (i.e. women not wanted to date shorter men). Since dating requires vulnerability it tends to show up in that realm.

I got my first round of the vaccine at the beginning of the month at Walgreens. When I made my appointment, the online scheduler glitched and I was unable to make my second appointment. Rather, it double booked my first appointment. They told me I'd have to call the 1-800 number to schedule my 2nd dose. I'm now eligible for my 2nd round and I cannot make an appointment for it. I wait on hold for at least 45 minutes each time I call only for them to not have any appointments. Due to the scheduling glitch, I cannot use the online scheduler (I can't cancel the double-booked appointment, and neither can Walgreens from their end). I am quite frustrated by this.

I would call your local Walgreens and talk to the pharmacist. They may be able to network with other Walgreens in your area to get you set up.

When the first one went out Live PD was as predictable as expected. Some guy got caught with pot and he was upset cause he spent his whole stimulus check on it. I wish one could track how much went to illegal things like drugs. Probably just a comical amount.

This didn't make her a millionaire, she already had a net worth upwards of $4 million. She has a music career and generates money via social media ads and endorsements.

 

She got famous and cashed in. Weird things happen to people that become memes, if they handle things correctly they can get paid for the not-necessarily-wanted exposure.

That works out to nearly 14 videos per day, so he’s probably spending 10 hours every week making Cameo videos.

 

$1 million doesn’t sound that absurd for 1/4 of a popular comedian’s productive time.

 

That’s pretty cool, though.

The story on Bhad Bhaby is that she appeared on Dr. Phil a few years ago as a troubled teen and had a memorable catch phrase that became an internet meme. In response to a comment to which she took offense, she said Catch me outside, how about that? (meaning she wanted to fight after the show), but it sounded like Cash me outside how bout dat?. She leveraged her meme status into a marginally successful rap career; however, her most notable work (aside from Dr. Phil) is now probably selling adult photos on Only Fans, from which she earned over a million dollars in a few hours after she turned 18. The whole thing is odd.
