If GB gets home field advantage for the playoffs, could they opt to play their games against their opponent on the road if the forecast is going to be windy? Not even kidding...

 

Especially if there aren't fans.

Since there was like 5 seconds left on the play clock and 20 on the game clock, I'm going to guess yes.

I noticed that too, as I'm sure everyone else did. Myers is not bringing his A game today, if he even has one.

I don’t think they’ll have to worry about that.

 

I do. I think it's at least highly likely. The 1st place team in the West already has two losses and I highly doubt they are getting out of that gauntlet without at least four. You can forget about the East. It's either the champ of the North or the South, and the Packers already beat the Saints.

 

So I don't think they need to be the best, or even the top 2 best, to end up in the #1 spot.

Second game in a row at home that we look like we decided we could just show up and be awarded a win.

 

2nd game at home in a row with 30 mph winds drastically affecting the passing game, too.

 

Of course it affects the passing game, but the talent difference in this game is great. The Jaguars play their games in sunny Florida. It's a game you need to win regardless of neutralizing elements.

Nope just like the Jags FG seems like today is more one direction then swirling. Do we get the wind in the 4th quarter? Forget how that works.

 

Me too. I can never remember if it's 1st and 3rd or 1st and 4th.

It's both but I have no idea how that is determined. I've wondered that for years.

Remember the MNF game against the Bears on Halloween 1994 and the wind and rain at Soldier Field? It was twice as brutal as it is today. Hentrich had like three straight 27 yard punts into the wind and Favre didn't complete a pass until the third quarter. Fun game as we crushed them 33-6.
