Amazing how much better an offense looks when the shots go in the basket.
"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

The opposite of this is also true

Potter and Reuvers combined for zero rebounds.

What happened to this team? Basically all returned and they are not very good. Pretty disappointing.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Yah they’ve yet to win a game I watch this season.
I have seen almost all of the losses this year and only 1 win.

Yeah um, I'm going to have to ask you guys to not watch any more games. Thaaaanks.(read in the voice of the boss from office space)

Remember what Yoda said:

I probably will stop watching, I missed almost the entire first half. So I've basically watched a total of 3.5 games that have been complete brick fests like the Dick Bennet days without the ridiculously good defense.

You need to throw me in that mix too. Not only have I only seen losses, they seem to completely flop when I turn it on. I started watching today with ~13min left in the second half and they were up 5.

Meh. For the most part UW is winning handily the games they should win handily and losing the games they should lose. Flip the Maryland home and road results and pretty much everything else has gone to script. They've lost a couple winnable roadies (PSU, Marquette) but they've won a couple loseable roadies as well (Rutgers, MSU, Maryland). People expect that they will lose their last 3 and probably their last 5. They aren't very far away from hitting some shots and going on a run though, either. Perhaps it's a disappointing year, but only in light of how the team finished so strong and won the B1G last year. And Reuvers, I guess. Reuvers has been terrible and that wasn't expected at all. He was literally a much better player as a Sophomore.

Right now this is a bad basketball team.

They may have won their last game for the season

Even if they lose their the last 5 games the evidence points toward "decent team." The kind of team I'm very proud of cheering for if this is considered one of UWs "down" years. Plus, it ain't over yet.

The Big Ten is also insanely good. Depending on the NCAA tournament draw they have a reasonable chance at making it past the first weekend.

This is also true. That game between Michigan and Ohio St reminded me of the late 80's early 90's Big Ten.

If UW, MIN, or PUR are on the 8 or 9 line opposite Gonzaga it will be a very tempting upset pick. Hopefully UW will win a game or two and stay away from that line. I'm hoping for a 7 seed opposite Houston as the 2 seed...
