Wow. I’ll admit, I’m probably more disillusioned with the Bucks than any other fan on BF, but that’s great news. He’s so darn likable, I can’t help but root for him.

Like I've been saying, there's no reason NOT to sign the supermax. $38MM more, chance to win with the team he loves, and if it doesn't work he can get traded in 3 years when he still has prime years left.

Too bad the whole jersey isn't the baby blue...that would have been slick. The weird curve and the two different blues AND the black on the shorts...kind strange. Save me the reason why it is like that...its ugly.

I guess making a jersey with zero relation to the actual team colors is always a bit on the strange side.

The full effect of the uniform looks way slicker than just the jersey or just the shorts, at least to me. I'm not a particularly huge fan of them, but, yeah.

I hope ABCDEFG is the guy that will finally get this team to the finals.

Some interesting notes about the Bucks failed go at Bogdanovic.

Essentially, the Bucks and Bogdanovic had some serious interest in each other. Giannis, his brother, and George Hill (who Bogdanovic had played with a few years ago), really worked on recruiting him.

But it was the Jrue Holiday trade that played a major role in torpedoing the deal. Bogdanovic had envisioned himself as the #3 guy on the team. Holiday's addition changed that. Plus it sent away Hill. And it limited the amount of money the Bucks could offer Bogdanovic.

It's funny, I remember reading this the other day and thinking how awesome it was. Now a couple of days later I actually look up the news and all I see is how the Heat and Lakers are angling for him. I think I will go back to not paying attention and being pleasantly surprised if he actually signs the supermax with the Bucks.

Sounded like Houston was forced a bit here. Westbrook and Harden both demanded trades after the coach was let go. Looks like they are starting a rebuild and trying to get what they could get. Westbrook and Wall had the same contract. I saw an article "rating" a B+ for Washington and a B- for Houston. I guess it depends on whether Wall gets healthy again.

Read another article which looked at other players who had ACL tears and how they did afterward. Their production was about cut in half. I have a hard time believing Wall, whose game is predicated on speed to begin with, will be that good in Houston. Next year will be the year Harden finally averages 40 points a game. But I guess that's good for Houston once they trade him to whatever team loses out on Giannis.
