Juan Soto hit like Ted Williams in 2020

3and2Fastball

At the age of 21.

Have you checked his stats? Crazy numbers. And granted, it’s a small sample of stats. He was also magnificent in the World Series last year, too.

Is Soto MLB’s biggest superstar of the future?

He was actually better than Williams in their age-21 seasons, which is incredible. Now all he has to do is hit .406 with a .553 OBP and 235 OPS+ next season to keep up. I highly recommend Ted Williams' BBref page. Just amazing.

But yeah, unbelievable season from Soto and the sky is the limit.

That season for Ted Williams wasn't even good enough to win the MVP.
