He was 94-95, maybe touching 96 as a reliever. I thought that's pretty much where he sat as a starter too, behaps a touch below that. 92 is more than a touch, though.

It really seems that, especially this year, there are 5 excellent teams, 5 terrible teams, and roughly 20 mediocre teams. It's a bummer being on the mediocre pile.
