I know they don't like to walk the bases loaded but I'd totally walk the bases loaded to create a double play opportunity. I'm usually wrong though.

I don’t like putting an erratic pitcher in a position to walk in a run.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Grisham just took Kershaw deep to tie their game versus the Dodgers if anyone cares. Also had an incredible bat flip to go with it.

Not what we really want to hear when this team struggles so much to score but good for him

Probably not excited to find out he's riding a 10 game hitting streak either then.

Sometimes we get the misconception that Stearns is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers and it's good to be reminded sometimes both as an organization and as fans that other GMs know what they're doing too.

Meanwhile Urias looks like another weak hitting middle infielder and Lauer can't even make the roster

If Lauer isn't up for Wednesday, I'll be even more troubled to be in the midst of double headers and the guy who started 52 games the past two years can't get his 83 mph fastballs located well enough to come down from Appleton.

Are we really back to the Padres trade and judging it as complete? Turn the channel on it for a bit.

Nice pitching Drew!

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Nor do I like putting a rookie in a position where he has no margin of error.
