In another example of 2020 being the bizarro world.......Brad Miller has a 957 ops for the Cards.

They batted around in,the first against Sonny Gray. and knocked him out.

Have Gray on my fantasy team. Popped open the app to see an 81 ERA for the day and couldn't believe it. Wow. Gray has been very good this year too, sometimes it's just not your day

I prefer Levering to Lepay ... but I miss BA anytime he is off calling NBA games

I prefer Suppan to Lindblom ... I can’t stomach three years of his pitching

Lindblom appears to be a super kind man ... but he’s not a MLB pitcher

We had a junk baller in Davies ... I’d rather see Lauer in the starting five than Lindblom

I vaguely recall him getting really unlucky in a couple innings in his earlier starts. Where he generally looked fine and then some bad luck things happened to mess up his line. In this small of a sample that will wreck your era. But stil, yea agree with overall not much to be impressed with either

Is it just me? Or should a guy with a 6.31 ERA not be starting games in September?

1 it’s not a normal September......he only has a handful of starts

2 we don’t have any other good options

1. English is hard. I didn't say, A guy with a 6.31 ERA in September should not be starting. I literally meant, should a guy with a 6.31 ERA be starting games IN September?

2. This is the problem.

Lindbloom is basically Dave Bush with worse stuff so why did we give him three years??

He throw six different pitches or something.

Sadly, he doesn’t throw any of them well enough to get MLB batters out

He would struggle in Double-A Biloxi

At least one of the three years is a short season ... hopefully, management will cut their losses & release him in the off-season

Is it possible to trade him back to the KBL for a bag of balls?
