We shouldn’t be struggling so much with the worst team in baseball.

To be fair, I don’t think we’re that good either. Not Pittsburgh bad, but not good.

It’s pretty obvious by now that we arent good at all.

Well, if anyone had any doubt, your constant reminders have put it to bed.

I don’t believe Peralta will ever be a “good” MLB pitcher ... every year is supposed to be the year he breaks out ... he’s young but I simply don’t see what others see in him ... I hope I’m wrong - but I’m pretty sure he is a middle of the road guy that never reaches his “potential”

He is what he is, sometimes dominant but often frustrating.

I think he will turn into a solid reliever to maybe a great one...but starter? Yah, doubt it.

Yea. An ERA around 4 and a FIP below 2 is pretty crazy(obviously small sample)

By way of comparison ... even in what was a BAD year for Corbin Burnes last year, I always thought he would rebound & become a “good” MLB starter ... I feel the same way about Woodruff ... even Devin Williams

I simply don’t see that in Peralta ... I’m aware I could be wrong.& as a diehard 50-year Brewers fan, I hope I’m dead wrong

To clarify: I don’t see Williams as a starter - but an above average MLB pitcher

The thing with Peralta is every time he seems like he is just going up there and just throwing with zero care where it ends up near the strike zone. Many times he is fooling guys, but when he isn’t his mistakes get smashed.

Maybe he can get away as a reliever doing that, but he can’t go 6 innings like that consistently.

Um...this Williams guy? He might be sort of good.

He's ROY eligible isn't he? I doubt a non closer reliever would win but he should get some votes

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

Braun not hitting in this spot is just nuts.

He isn’t available

If he can’t muster up a couple of swings put him on the DL then. It’s ridiculous.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.
