Well he's at 113 pitches. Do they bring him out for the 9th?

If Yelich isn't hitting at an MVP level and Hiura continues to strike out at this rate this offense will be one of the worst in baseball. We know that Sogard and Smoak can't get it done but our star offensive players have both been terrible.

Well, if there is one positive to take away, Burnes looked very good tonight against a great lineup.

Indeed

Yes, seeing Burnes have success as a starter is really, really encouraging. The good news is this team has a pretty good collection of arms overall.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

I think Angel is nervous.

Off of what are we basing Hiura being a "star offensive player?" I guess he had a nice half season while striking out 35% of the time but so have over half of major league ball players. Personally, I need more of a sample size before I'm going that far.

Hiura has elite bat speed and was very good for us last year. He can definitely be a star offensive player.
