outdoor home security camera question

Hi everyone, just wanted some help sifting through the many options. Here's what I'm looking for:

-PoE (no batteries)

-push notification capable

-prefer local storage, but okay with a service

-Homekit, or at least not wedded to Google/Nest or Amazon

 

We dabbled with Arlo units in our old home. They worked fine, and we liked notifications. But I would prefer not needing batteries. Any help is appreciated.
