Not a ton of interest, other than I am in a pretty high-stakes playoff fantasy game. I need Damien Williams and Deebo Samuel to have awesome games, while Raheem Mostert and Tyreek Hill go missing. Very slim, but at least it gives me a reason to watch.

It should be a great game. If KC can find a way to shut down that SF rush and make Garrapolo play QB, they should win.

You act like Jimmy G. isn't a good QB. Has has been quite productive his entire career and has shown the ability to carry them with his arm. Chiefs concern should be offensively, not defensively.

He's fine, but also prone to mistakes. Will be interesting to see if the Chiefs play the run to put the spotlight on him. That's what I would do.

It's not that teams aren't playing the run against them, it's just that they're powerless to stop it. The 49ers could have had anyone playing QB and mopped the floor with us last night. That's the scary thing.

I mean, the 49ers are a good rushing team, but their regular season numbers don't point to anything like they did last night. They had some stinker rushing games this year (34 yards against Arizona Nov. 17, 87 against Seattle Nov. 11, 99 against the Rams Oct. 13 on 44 attempts). The Chiefs did a pretty solid job bottling up the hottest RB in football yesterday too. I expect the Chiefs to have a plan in place for dealing with Mostert, just like they did against Henry. They have the talent on defense to do it, too. Of course, I thought the Packers did as well, and we all saw how that turned out.

It will be a good game, excited to see the SF defense against the KC offense.

It sucks that the packers aren't in, but if we are being honest with ourselves, we knew it was a longshot at best. This isn't like the Seattle NFC title game or anything.

I am kind of surprised that KC is the slight favorite going into the game.

Best IGT title ever!

I'm rooting for the Chiefs. Never met a dick from KC and I've met too many brie sucking champagne gurgling, entitled Niner fan's in my lifetime (spent 10 years in the bay area during their hayday and no, Packer fans don't own the patent on entitlement)...

I'm rooting for the Chiefs simply because of Richard Sherman.

That is like the nicest thing someone has said about people in San Francisco in the last 10 years!

Mike Pennel and Breshaud Breeland making plays in the Super Bowl ... Doh!

Yeah Breeland doesn't bother me as much as Pennel. I have no idea why he was let go.

Sherman just got burned. I imagine he won't discuss that in the post game.

Can’t believe the Chiefs not only won, but put up 31 points when Mahomes was arguably pretty freakin’ bad in that game. He made more mistakes than actual big throws. I can think of three big throws and 2/3 were just lobs to guys in broken coverage. Should be one of those rare years where a QB doesn’t hoist the MVP trophy.

Kinda crazy a team won with poor QB play and wasn’t known for having a good defense.

That was two great teams though and it ended up a fantastic game.

-Sherman loses.

-KC fans get to experience a SB win.

-Andy Reid deserved one. Happy for him.

JLo and Shakira were smokin’, and seeing Bill Murray do Groundhog Day in the Jeep commercial was the icing on the cake.

Good Super Bowl.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.
