They'd need a touchdown anyway so I think it was fine. He should have caught it too.

They might need the FG as well. A 2 pt conversion is no guarantee. Unless there is so little time left that you have no choice, I don't think teams are wise to treat 8 point deficits like a 1 possession game. I'd assume you have to score twice to err on the safe side.

I think Philly has to take some risks to win given all their injury.

They're playing with a backup quarterback and got fairly close to the endzone, clearly are not moving the ball well. That was as good a shot as any to try and tie this up, the way they are playing may not get to the 35 again. I don't really have an issue with the call. If they lose 17-12 and never get close that would be the most popular hot take on Philly radio.

You'll get hot taked no matter what you do. It's not an egregiously bad call either way I'd agree with that. But hopefully they don't lose 17-15. I'd take a double OT game.

Seattle does not have much of a run game. Gonna take a massive Wilson game to beat GB.

I've felt good and bad about playoff matchups, and I've seen wins and losses in both situations. I'm just going to try really hard all week to enjoy this. Playoff football isn't a given anymore, and who knows, may not be again for a generation. I've seen three Super Bowls and two champions emerge out of that, the rest of this is cake by any reasonable measure (outside of the New England Fausts Patriots). I can get stressed about baseball, but I think I've spent quite enough of my life stressed about the Packers. I'm really trying to work on a healthier approach. Let's see if that holds up...

Meh, I'm not stressed at all. I'll be stressed if they're in a position to win the NFCCG, in game. They've far exceeded my wildest expectation this year. I do think they're going to win though. Seattle's defense is just not very good and it's a one dimensional offense. The one dimension is really good, but they are basically what the Packers had been for a lot of the last decade. It's a matchup the Packers can win.

I'm good with Seattle. I assume Wentz would have played next week. Philly for whatever reason just seems to present a tough matchup for us. They are good in the trenches, have some solid RBs and two TEs that can give us fits. Seattle has Wilson, but not much rushing attack to speak of and are pretty decimated by injuries. It won't be easy, but if we play a halfway decent game and don't turn the ball over, we should win.
