I got a better idea than just scrapping the PI ule. Just scrap replay altogether? In every sport.

 

BS they reviewed it any more than all of us did between plays...reviewing it would have meant buzzing down and taking time to actually review the play more than the one replay NBC showed, which had their booth asking why the play wasn't being reviewed.

 

The whole system is a total sham and they know it - they are just trying to make it confusing enough for most fans to throw their hands up and not care anymore.
