Looks like Preller is loading up for another year of disappointment. Unless they have a miracle 2020 season he has to be fired. He really doesn't seem to have any clear plan to what he's doing.

Reporting a 3 year deal, cannot wait to see the overpay the Padres did. So to answer your question, nah!!

I'm glad for Drew. Reinvented himself and was lights out for the Brewers. Arguably their pitching MVP (with Lyles) from August on. Seemed like an awesome dude too. Wish he could have come back.

Likewise, with the way he pitched though,I knew someone was going to open the bank for him.

I wanted him back bad. Cishek is probably the FA reliever left who I really want if they're going to bring in a proven guy (unlikely).

Congrats Drew. It's a bad idea to pay relievers big money. Glad we typically don't.
