If you're not already aware of this YouTube channel, you ought to be. If you like baseball deep dives into statistical analysis (if you're here, you probably do), the stylings of 8/16-bit retro games, and can appreciate humor, you probably need to watch all the videos this guy has put out. If you play OOTP Baseball, he does a bunch of let's-plays and tutorials on that as well.
