It wasn't crazy with that low pitch count.

 

Someone said it was going to be based on innings, which made no sense really.

 

Pitch count probably was the final decision.

Why Peralta Craig?? Just...why?? There is ZERO reason to be using him. If you aren't going to use Lyles, then give Suter the 5th-6th, Pom the 7th-8th, hader the 9th...win the game. No need to mess around tonight with anyone other than your very best arms. That's asking for trouble.

I mean even Brian Anderson said on the air last week, 'The Brewers looked DONE."

 

I don't think there's any shame in it. More of a positive statement about the resilience of the team.
