Why even have review? Why? Fowler was so obviously out at home and they still couldn't get it right.

 

Agreed ... the angle they kept showing made it look obvious. Do they not look at the same camera angles in New York? That was a horrid call. It wasn't Fowler, though. It was a no-name rookie. Watching this game is like watching a Spring Training game in early March.

I don't think he tagged him. His glove went down on the backside of the plate, while the runner's hand was on the inside. The catcher brought his glove back, but not in time.

 

Angle I saw showed the running sliding right into the glove. I know angles can be deceiving at times, but it looked pretty obvious to me.

Yeah a couple angles were pretty inconclusive but one angle clearly showed him tagged out. Ball even moved a bit on contact but didn't come out of his glove.

Cardinals having trouble beating good teams. Most overrated of all the playoff teams, been saying this for quite some time.

 

I agree completely. They only rose by beating crappy teams in the power void left by us and the Cubs in August and may only win the division because the Cubs have rolled over and died. Finish them off d backs!
