Moose has 35 bombs but his OPS is mid .800’s. Always seems weird to me to see.

Hits for a low avg. and doesn't take a lot of walks. Doesn't have a ton of doubles either. Still, a mid .800 OPS isn't the worst thing in the world. I think why it seems low is because he doesn't strike out NEARLY as much as most of the big sluggers.

He is. Simply because they don't have 7 better relievers. The way they continue to use him gives absolutely no indication that they don't view him as a key part of the pen, for better or worse.

I'll give this a go; Hader, Guerra, Pomeranz, Claudio, Peralta, Jay Jackson, and Ray Black are all better.

I think this is very close but Suter is in for sure.

Oh yes forgot about Suter, he is better than Albers too.

Since no one said it:

Call the Park Ranger, the MOOSE is loose!

Lmao. This call is so stupid. Why would one call a park ranger if they saw a moose? "Well, sir, you're in a park, and the moose lives here. I'm not sure what you want me to do." It isn't a zoo, isn't the moose always loose?

Consider the original source of the phrase...lol

I don't think anyone expects anything Dan Plesac says to make sense, most things are just funny when he says it since he gets so into it~.

I saw a moose on the loose in the wild in Wyoming at a rest area (like right in the rest area) and it looked way bigger than a moose that I've seen in a zoo. Just frickin enormous. I was a little intimidated, if I'm being honest.

Yep ... Suter makes the postseason pen for sure. But as much as I like Black's future upside, I think Albers is probably ahead of him in the pecking order. If you move Woodruff to the rotation, that gives you a group of starters that includes Woody, Gio, Lyles, Houser, Davies and Anderson. Four of those guys make the rotation, so that leaves two either deactivated or in the pen.

I would have Albers ahead of both Jackson and Black.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.
