Can’t rush a hammy. He will end up hurting it again in a hurry.

 

Yep, he got a pinch hit single yesterday, and they removed him for Taylor Williams as a pinch runner. Tells me he isn't ready for full on running yet. But he can make a difference as a bat off the bench. I wouldn't rush him for fear of reaggravating the injury and losing him for the duration.

Keston can just walk around the bases if need be, if he hits one over the fence!
