Still an upgrade, if only slightly. But just to not have to watch Arcia hit again, now that would be really cool.

Yeah, giving up assets to replace crap with crap is how GMs get fired.

No assets would have been given up, Arcia would have been optioned. But go ahead and enjoy the continuous Arcia AB’s.

I respect your optimism when it comes to this team, but your "grass is always greener" hot takes have gotten so incredibly old.

Arcia is a -0.4 War SS in the major leagues, second year in a row with the same negative war. Where’s the hot take? If he’s not the worst SS in all of baseball, who is?

Galvis is at -0.3 with the Reds. He was the replacement you championed. Who else were they going to go and get? Perhaps stop doubling down and think just a little bit before hitting Submit.

Beat reporters question should be: why Jackson in a tie game when he’s bad vs LH hitters and the Cubbies have them every other batter?

And why Albers in the tie game, when he’s struggled badly with his command the last couple outings?

I’m scratching my head, wondering why?

While better shortstop play would have been nice there are far far bigger issues with this team.

I don’t know, just can’t keep playing this guy at SS. If he brings Arcia back again, oh boy, my heads gonna explode.

The Brewers give up 10 and we are talking Arcia. Solid job BC92. Best spin move I’ve seen in years considering how much you talk up our pitching staff.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

It’s right there at the top, imo, if not the #1 problem. Negative war 2 years in a row at SS is horrible. But ok, everyone has their own opinions.

This ones on Counsell. 6 runs given up by pitchers that never should have pitched in this game. No spin. The truth.
