In that 100 moments in 100 seconds montage, I counted only 2 references to the Packers (Vince, Starr). 3 if you count Elway in XXXII. A guy who probably murdered someone (Lewis) was shown over Favre and Rodgers.

Not that it's all that relevant, but you gotta read up on the Ray Lewis situation a bit closer. Lewis pretty clearly did not murder anyone. He lied and obstructed justice...but he definitely didn't "murder" anyone.

Right, and I always throw my suit in the dumpster when I don’t murder anyone (sarcasm). JK, I’ll take your word for it. I just found his inclusion an odd choice, given the cloud that surrounds him.

Yeah, that's the obstruction. I do not like Lewis' holier than thou crap and the speeches, but like I said, just dig deeper, he didn't kill anyone.

But your point taken.

Throw. The. Damn. Football.

Rodgers is crazy talented but it drives me bonkers.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Really slow getting to the LOS on offense. LaFleur harped on them about breaking the huddle earlier, but they are taking that play clock down to 0 several times tonight, and just burned a TO because of it.

Not many series are ruined by a Linsley hold and then a sack given up by our All Pro LT. Blew a chance to make it a 7 point game at least.

They really need to stop on their throats here.

Give them some credit. This Bears defense was literally the best one in the NFL and they think it's better. This isn't the Lions. It's the big boys on the road. They need to score again but this is pretty much exactly the game I expected.

That's kinda my point, I just didn't make it very well. Hicks, Goldman, Floyd and obviously Mack are as good of a front as you can get. Not many other fronts can force those types of penalties/breakdowns.

It's Week 1. Remember when the Packers fluffy defense dominated the defending NFC Champion Panthers in Week 1 with Blitzin' Bob Slowik calling the shots? They then went 1-4 and finished 10-6 before getting embarrassed by Minnesota in the Wild Card at home. That crazy blitzin' D finished in the bottom 1/3 of the league. The Panthers went 7-9.

No mystery Bears are blitzing on 3rd down. Screen, roll out, go 5 wides...try something different.

A couple week holding calls have really hurt drives.

Defense does look quick, yet very stout up front. How nice to see safeties within 30 yards of the line.

The Bears defense is just good. Can’t take too much away from this game.

Rodgers is crazy talented but it drives me bonkers.

He is so allergic to possibly throwing an interception that he constantly eats it. It's infuriating. And it's only gotten worse as he's gotten older.

Yeah, but we don't see what he's seeing. You've got 3 seconds with this Bears rush and I'm yelling the same thing, but the way this game is going, you don't want him to just throw it up and give the Bears a score on defense.

I’d agree with you in a normal week, but this Bears D is elite. Offense has an advantage over the D as the game goes on. Live to fight another play.

Then its a poor game plan. Yes, I know the Bears have a good D. But they aren't infallible. The ball needs to leave the QB's hand sooner. Need to scheme some guys open on quick hits.

Brown is the weak link in the secondary.

Yeah, he probably is, but it's certainly not because he gave up that big play to Robinson. There's a reason the Packers and Bears both offered him 40+ million coming off a torn ACL.

Brown's also a young, raw UDFA.
