Idk...this is just...one of those games that makes you feel like this team really doesn't belong in the playoffs.

 

Can you imagine? Let’s just say Milwaukee wins the wild card game for giggles. Game one in Los Angeles, Houser/Woodruff/Gio (whoever starts that game) gives us 5 solid innings on 2 or 3-run ball, and then Pomeranz maybe gets you the 6th, Albers maaaaaaybe gets you the seventh, then if you’re tied or behind, you do what? Black? Jeffress? Guerra? The horror.

I could probably Alex Claudio a few in there. I would sign with another team and make Stearns give up a draft pick for me though.

What's also absolutely ridiculous is that last year's team was SIX games out of first 11 DAYS LATER than today.

We're all still in it because the Brewers are only 2 games out. We won't quit until it's over. And it's not over.

 

This is the problem though...ONLY two games out...but when you think about all the chances the last couple of weeks they have had the chance to get within 1 or heck even take the lead again, is what is so maddening.
