I remember there being a decent amount of hype around Francis entering last year's MILB season, and then he went out and pitched OK - but didn't do nearly enough to vault himself into a higher prospect level.

 

This year though, he looks like a guy that might be starting to figure some things out. So, I'm just curious if anyone more "in the know" can give us a scouting report on this guy. Is he worth getting excited about? Obviously, you have to love his AA pitching line last night of 5 IP and 11 K's.
