Minor League Stats to Majors Stats

How do you compare minor league production, to what the player would do in the Majors. Are there any simple formulas?

They are called "Minor League Equivalencies" (MLE) and they should be viewed with a grain of salt.

That's their MLE's, or what they would be expected to do in the majors.
