Can someone look this up

Has Grandal ever scored from first on a double in his life? High school? Little league? Whiffle ball?

I’m sure he has, but even healthy Yelich wouldn’t have scored from first on Pina’s hit.

ETA: According to Baseball Reference, Grandal has scored from first on a double 7 times in his career, including once this year. That’s out of 56 times that he has been on first when a double was hit.

That wasn’t a double. Pina essentially took second because nobody was covering

Right. Not the play to use as an example of how slow Grandal is. Regardless, it’s hard to criticize the speed of a guy who’s caught as many games as Grandal has this year and in his career. Those catchers get slower as the season wears on and from one year tomthe next.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Not just Hader, but the entire staff...is it just me or do the Brewers Pitchers seem to be hurt more by the juiced ball this year than any other staff in baseball??

The league is on pace for 2,400 more HRs this year than just five years ago (2014), so I think it’s safe to say most pitching staffs have been affected.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

This is madness. How will this team beat contenders in the next couple weeks? I know it’s baseball and it can turn around, but the bullpen is just a nightmare top to bottom. There’s no sign of life out there.

It's not just you, but when anyone asks "how can the Brewers do it"?? Because...baseball. Look at what the Mets are doing..2 weeks ago...2 weeks! they had the 2nd worst record in the NL...now...tied for the 2nd wild card and have won 14-15. Just an incredible tear. Look at the Streak the Giants went on earlier...got themselves into the wildcard picture...it's baseball, anything can happen, and it's not like the Crew is talentless.
