I know Claudio gets the headlines due to number of appearances, but Junior Guerra has now pitched 55.2 innings of relief on the season which is 11 more IP than Claudio.

The Brewers really need to add some relievers tomorrow.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

I almost wonder if Lyles was acquired to effectively take Houser's role in the pen? I mean, after tonight, you pretty much have to leave Houser in the rotation, right?

Houser has to be starting tomorrow I would think.

Bigger question.....who goes down? Really don't need a 5 man bench

Hiura’s defense is the “upside down” of his offense.

Cain’s offense most of this season is the “upside down” of his defense.

and just think, we only have 3 more years to marvel at his defense, and watch his offense crumble...hopefully, he can stay legit on defense, or that contract is going to really suck.

I think Lyles probably makes the start tomorrow, but I doubt he's a long-termer in the rotation. I think his ultimate future for the rest of this season is as a pen arm.

No idea who is going to get the boot. Who knows ... after tomorrow there might be several roster moves that need to be made.

Is it possible in this day-and-age to build a team with contact hitters and speed?

I am weary of heavy-pull hitting, strikeout guys ... the defense knows where they are going to hit the ball if they do hit it, and they cannot make an adjustment, seemingly.

Does anyone else find it odd that Braun still gets booed wherever he goes while Alex Rodriguez has become a beloved celebrity on ESPN?
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Braun made a spectacle of himself with his press conference full of lies, honestly.

Is ARod really beloved? Maybe ESPN likes him, but who does outside of New York, Seattle, and Miami, possibly?
