I get sick of thinking it and saying, but why on Earth does this lineup struggle so much? It's not just tonight or against crappy pitching, but against everyone. Just stop not being able to hit starting pitching with all the damn talent.

Yeah ... there is too much talent in this lineup to so consistently not hit opposing starting pitchers. I have a hard time understanding it too.

It's tough to explain but Cain hasn't been on base enough and whoever hits behind Yelich has been blah. To me that has been the biggest problem. Just haven't had any consistency. Also does this team ever hit doubles anymore? Seems like the only extra base hits you see are home runs.

I refuse to believe a MLB player can be distracted by noise, no matter how annoying.

100% agree.

 

The noise is probably far more annoying to us than the hitters, who probably notice it when they aren't at the plate, but not when actually hitting.
