I just don’t understand what some of you want with all the complaining. You should be happy the Brewers are about to be one game back of the division lead, instead I hear constantly calls to sell, sell, sell. We are not sellers. We won the division last year. We just finished a rebuild. Nobody is going to get a hit every time we have RISP or toss a goose egg every time you have the lead. You had a glimpse of what it looks like to be title contenders after decades and now a select few of you turned spoiled.

This team is GOOD. If anything, underachievers. Enjoy it.

Do you ever post anything that isn't some holier than thou criticism of fellow posters? This has actually been a fairly good game thread and here you come in with that shtick again. We get it, you don't want to sell. Yes, we're all spoiled complainers. You tell us every few days.

Feel better? :rolleyes

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Quit whining and maybe I’ll quit getting on your case for it ;)

Well, we will find out if this is a springboard for a second half run shortly enough.

Which one of us is going into the rotation?

I mean we are running out of starters in a hurry... ..lol

:laughing Well after I saw that Orioles guy throw under 60mph the other night I think we would be just fine!

What in the hell are we going to do for pitching now? We literally don’t have a pitching staff

The last thing I want is the San Antonio missions starting five.

You don’t want a pitcher from the 1st place San Antonio Missions?!?

Davies and Anderson have been solid this year, can’t really got much worse than Chacin, Gio has been hurt for months...Woodruff is the only thing that has really changed in the last week and were due to have a couple guys like Suter and Nelson coming back, plus a potential trade arm. We are fine.

That’s a bold strategy, Cotton.

Bullpenning? (half blue)

Honestly, I have no idea. Houser for sure will go back into the rotation. Wilkerson I guess? Burch Smith after his requisite 10 days are up?

I mean, they pretty much have to go out and get someone(s) now, right?

Ben Gamel is what I thought Brett Phillips may be for us.

Imagine dropping a couple hundred on tickets, beer, food, and now you have to sit in traffic without being able to turn on sports radio while you slowly make your way home.

Thanks for your money, losers!

Sat within earshot of a couple of dumb Cubs fans tonight. They were talking baseball trivia tonight. Did you know that Yuli Grandal (Gurriel) on the Astros is Yasmani’s brother? Did you also know that the Brewers traded for CC Sabathia in 2011?

Gio Gonzalez “tightened up” but is not being ruled out for his next start, Craig Counsell says. Day to day at this point.

Well that's one heck of a nice report. I still wouldn't doubt that he'll miss a turn, but good to know it doesn't seem like a long-term issue.
