#Brewers, #Nationals, and #Braves are the teams most aggressively targeting #WhiteSox Alex Colome, sources say.

Colome has good superficial numbers, but the peripherals are somewhat concerning. Still, a solid late inning pen arm who is under control next year. I assume cost would be pretty high though.

That would fill our White Sox quota for the year too. Book it.

Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reports that Daniel Hudson is "drawing plenty of interest" and it's "more likely than not" he gets traded.

The Twins and Red Sox are two clubs known to have interest in Hudson. The veteran reliever has had a nice season in Toronto with a 3.00 ERA and 48/23 K/BB ratio across 48 innings of work. He doesn't figure to cost much in a trade.

Should've just decided to sell.

#3 prospect in an already weak system for a rental pen arm lol. lol. lol.

Deal was for Pomeranz and Ray Black, not just Pomeranz lol. lol. lol.

Yeah that makes the trade so much better. Rather than replenishing the farm system with Moose/Grandal returns

Still an hour left ... those moves could still happen. None of the moves made are "all in" moves.

Agreed Joey. They could still move a few guys on one year deals. These moves help the bullpen now, but also in the future since some of the guys have multiple years of control. Nothing wrong with getting controllable bullpen pieces and making other moves toward the future by getting prospects back by moving a couple guys.

These move so far feel like they meet 2 objectives. Fill out our pitching roster in response to all the injuries suffered and to create depth going into next season. These aren’t the all in lets go for it in 2019. Saying that, it matches the results on the field so far. Tough spot to be in for the decision makers. Still time to add a quantity starter or closer, but do we have assets to give up and make it fit.

Not disagreeing with the Aguilar move at all. Got a hard throwing arm under team control for a long time. Good move.

But the main piece going back from SF return is a rental.
