Only 2nd-year-pro recently-turned-18-year-old Dominican RHP Deybi Arias was on the mound for the shared club, he allowed three runs in 2.1 innings, but he also successfully stranded two runners he inherited.

 

Brewer bats were 2-for-17 with two walks.

Brewer pitchers walked five and hit one, and only struck out two, but at the end of the day, performed effectively.

 

This was a day for padding the numbers, 19 hits (two doubles and three home runs among them), also on base eight times via walk/HBP.
