2019-06-12: Brewers (Woodruff) at Astros (Verlander) [Brewers win, 6-3 in 14 innings -- Brewers overcome 24 Ks with four long balls; Thames HR ties it in 7th & Moustakas HR proves the difference in extras]

That has to be one of the cheapest homers I've ever seen. Wow. This park is garbage. Alas, as it was hit by a Brewer, we'll take it.

We're owed a few here from that crap Richie Sexson pole shot double.

Ya know, there are stats out there that you could look up rather than throwing around these blanket posts with literally nothing behind them.

Why don't you keep your opinions on what I say to yourself? I don't comment on your knuckle head takes. You work in a machine shop dude. Stop acting like you are Peter Gammons. Ignore me if you don't like it. It's simple.

Probably should take your own advice their bub. :laughing Just pointing out how easy it could be for you to possibly change your own opinion on how terrible our players are.

Bub? What does that mean?

I totally agree with you. Utilizing the Foe button on a few IGT posters was one of the best decisions I've made in awhile. There are a few here simply to complain.

I have a feeling if you fast forward to

In game thread September 18th, 2019.

“We really need to get Shaw going”

I don't think they'll give that a chance to happen. Look at Santana last year, and his 2017 was every bit as good as Shaw's while having been a better hitting prospect to begin with. He's got options and they won't hesitate to use them if he isn't right by the time Hiura is past the estimated super-2 cutoff.

Watching Woodruff go pitch for pitch with a Hall of Famer is pretty awesome. Other than his one frame hiccup, I think he's looked better than Verlander.

He's actually been a lot better than his stats will show the last few games, but his problem has been that the few mistakes he has made every game have all been compounded into one inning.

Well...If Woody gets to take back those 4 2 out ABs Verlander gets to take out the 4 Brewer hits...which would then make Verlander's outing among the most dominant pitching performances of all-time.

EDIT: Not among the most...I'll say the greatest pitching performance of all-time.

I still remember that left field from the division days. It's worse than Cincinnati with what are barely more than pop ups to left flying out of the park. At least they got rid of that stupid hill. Though now that it's gone I kind of miss it.

Cardinals getting held scoreless by a rookie making his MLB debut?

I'm lead to believe that only happens to the Brewers....

I see that smeltzer dude got knocked around I’m his next outing after his sandy Koufax imitation against Milwaukee. Ha
