Ump has a huge strike zone

Except in the first inning walk to Bregman. One ball was clearly a strike and a second one may have been. Doesn't help that Grandal can't frame a pitch.

Maybe not on that specific AB, but doesn't Grandal consistently grade out as one of the best pitch framers in MLB?

This seems to be a recurring problem with Woodruff lately his last couple starts. He'll be cruising along nicely, everything is fine, something unfortunate happens with 2 outs and then he just kind of implodes.

No idea. Every time I see him (I don't watch a ton of games), he just lets the ball ride his glove away from the strike zone.

Two outs nobody on and they come up with a 3 runs. This team is just not able to consistently shut down good hitting teams. Granted this is one of the best but man. That kind of rally is something the brewers are unable to pull off especially with the Aguillar and Arcia of the world swinging at balls.

I was unaware that the brewers have 2 full time hitting coaches?? That is unbelievable. This means they can split things up 6 whole players per coach and neither of them can get Aguillar figured out or teach Arcia the strike zone?

I'm not sure why you continue to bag on Arcia. He's on pace for 50+ walks, and has a .740 OPS, which is a pretty solid improvement for him.

We shall see where he ends up. I need to see more than a good 40 games to say he's fixed. More contact would be great start especially in big spots where runs could be produced.Hoping you are correct.
