According to Moose's postgame he asked the ump about his call on a check swing and the ump said he 100% swung. Moose said that's a lot of percent the ump got pissy and tossed him.

So pretty much Moose was being a douche. I still think he was ultimately tossed because he just kept talking. Though saying “that is a lot of percent” clearly shows he was just trying to be condescending towards the umpire and a real conversation was not in the works.

They showed another angle from the 3rd base side on the Phillies broadcast and it wasn't just Moose having a simple conversation with him. He was barking pretty good and it was the middle of the inning. And the umpire told him several times to stop. Have no problem with the ejection.
