Eastern Conference Finals: Milwaukee Bucks vs Toronto Raptors

I've had the Brown idea in my mind too. He was basically their starter down the stretch and did well. And did well in the Det sereis. Perfect size strenght to gaurd Kawhi. OBviously not advocating 25 mins but one session each half for 3-4 mins to maybe give Mid/Brog a break from Kawhi. As I've said, I'm all for reducing the bigs' minutes so that's a spot some of them could go, besides just more Hill/Brog.

There's been a lot of talk about what works/ doesn't work with various personnel groups. Important to note, just because a certain grouping (or individual player) hasn't been effective, it may be the next game. That's what happens in a 7 game series, something works in game 4 that didn't in game 3, etc. You have to keep tinkering constantly. Same thing with game plan in general, you need to keep changing thing, even if it's minor, on both ends of the court. Part of that is how you use Giannis on the offensive side, and tweaking how you defend the pnr on defense as examples.

I would not be opposed to trying Sterling Brown on Kawhi for a few minutes to see what happens, have been thinking about that myself. Wh knows, maybe he can even knock down a couple threes.

Finally, talking about The Drake is exactly what he wants us to do. Ignore it, scoreboard trumps it all.

Whatever they do with Kawhi, I do hope they don't feel the need to keep doubling and triple teaming him every time down. He's not Giannis. Switch up Brogdon, Middleton, Brown, maybe some Giannis on him, but we don't need to double him. Just play smart basketball and if he gets the angle, we have guys who can meet him at the rim.

I do agree with everything else you said other than Drake. We can complain about him. I do think Giannis and company need to not worry about him and frankly, it doesn't seem like they are. Coach Bud begrudgingly gave an answer after being asked multiple times about Drake and in his answer he even said, "it sounds like he's doing it(walking onto the court) more often than I'm noticing."

Drakes pissing me off because it happens to be coinciding with Giannis hitting a couple airballs or being way short on a FT and then he's acting like a clown. But as long as the Bucks don't let it get to them, it's all good.

I don’t think the Bucks need to make any major adjustments other than starting Brogdon for Bledsoe or even Mirotic. Just need to hit shots and stop overhelping. Easily correctable stuff. Still shaking Jason Kidd habits, unfortunately.

I've seen enough of Giannis bringing that ball up. I think it's possibly the worst way he can be used in this series.

Other than when he gets a rebound, I'd agree. Give it to the better ball handlers. I'd say post him up a bit more and let him work out of there, but that's not really his bread and butter.

Him taking it on a rebound and pushing it is fine, him taking it in the half court and trying to take on a wall of Raptors has not been productive.

Didn't see yet if Bud changed up the starting rotation. Half hoping he doesn't unless he just adds Brogdon and takes out Mirotic. He can still have a quick hook for Bled with Hill, but you don't want to totally destroy Bledsoe's confidence. It'd sure be nice to see him get going early tonight. A couple tough layup's in transition could lead to him loosening up and hitting a few shots later on.

Not a fan of Gifs in general, but I love this one. I did not know the Steve Miller Band was from Milwaukee though. Doesn't really have the same type of impact though.

Bledsoe, lmao. That one was bad even for him.

Yeah, this is the second postseason in a row he's been a no-show. I think the powers that be are regretting that contract extension.

He looks really good tonight, just that pass to nowhere actually made me laugh out loud.

I've had enough of Mirotic. The way that Lopez wasn't a good option in Boston, he's just a good weapon in this matchup. He is WAY too trigger happy.

Hes trying to force it and it's just ugly.

Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."
