The Mudcats get to christen a brand new ballpark in Fayetteville tonight, so that's pretty neat.

 

Not a surprise with so many other kinks to work out, that MiLB.TV is not an option there right away. Probably will be in due time.

I'm really hoping Lutz has a great year. They've been pretty aggressive in promoting him, and he's pretty young for High A ball. A solid year will put him squarely in the team's top 2-3 prospects, and should vault him into a lot of Top 100 lists.

I think same as last year, you can’t really grade until June. With age & aggression with promotions, he takes time to adjust. Like in Wisconsin month 1 &2 were not pretty then come June he clicked. A lot of talent there! One of my favorites!

Thursday’s game between the Memphis Redbirds and San Antonio Missions was postponed because of weather.

 

The teams will make it up with a doubleheader Monday, May 27 when San Antonio next plays a series in Memphis.
