Arkansas in CWS

Didn't the Brewers lose an in-state kid named Rohel sp? to Arkansas a couple years ago? I was expecting to see his name on the Arkansas roster but he wasn't there? Did he move to a JC or is he in the minor now?

 

I also noticed they have a Daryl Maday from Bristol, WI on the roster. He looks to be the on player w/ state ties in the CWS.

 

The CWS is so pure it's amazing. Have you ever noticed how 70+% of the kids on each team are from the state they are playing in.

The Indians drafted Roehl in the 10th round of last year's draft. I believe he's pitching at A-ball for the Indians this year, and pitched well last year in a few starts.

 

Both Roehl & Maday were former Brewer draft picks. Roehl in 2000 & Maday last year.l
