Postseason ticket refund?

Has anyone who paid for the full strip of postseason tickets been refunded for the unplayed games yet? We put the 2018 tickets on my card this year and I covered the balance, but I'm looking forward to what should be a hefty credit.

 

I wasn't expecting a refund immediately, but it's been a bit over three weeks. The cost of our WS tickets exceeded the cost of our 2019 tickets, so applying the overage to next year should still result in a refund. The SSH information on the Brewers' website is all about 2019 now.

I received my refund for my extra WS tickets I purchased, but have not received my overage from my playoff strip for games not played.

I posed this question in the World Series thread but since have a follow-up. I asked my rep about this yesterday. All the playoff strips were refunded by the Brewers on 11/6. He sent me a receipt as proof. The process is slow, but they should be reflected on your card/bank acct by Wed. or Thurs. Maybe a bit longer as they do state a 10-day processing time.

Thanks for the info. 10 day processing time is ridiculous, but probably not exactly their fault. I have not received mine either but I'll anticipate it soon. My billing cycle runs through the 11/12th and I have a credit balance from the WS tickets anyway, so at this point it's whatever. It will certainly be weird not having to actually pay anything for a credit card bill for a few months.

I won't completely hate the idea of that coinciding with the holiday shopping season. Not that I spend like a drunken sailor. Apologies to any thrifty drunken sailors in the audience.

My rep just emailed me today telling me he rolled over the rest of the Postseason credit today and showed me what I owed yet then on my 2019 tickets with the two dates the final payments will be taken.

My credit card does show a refund now, though it's less than the cost of the WS tickets we didn't use. I'm going to have to locate our invoice tonight and crunch the numbers to see if that's "all" we're due back.

Mine was the exact amount I calculated on my own. If any funds were applied toward next year, you have to factor that in, as well as the fact that the final playoff payment was never actually made as they got eliminated just beforehand.
