Maybe. Maybe not. Will never know. But most would have wanted a better hitter than Schoop facing a pitcher with runners on, throwing out of the stretch in a pressure situation.

Probably, but that should have been Granderson's spot regardless. Could hardly imagine an easier choice. No double-switch concerns, no concerns about the Dodgers switching pitchers, almost impossible to imagine a more appropriate time to use Granderson... sucks man.
