What an absolutely mind numbingly stupid move not to walk Bellinger after the steal.

Sorry, Junior. You deserved better. Shame on you, offense.

I was really surprised they didn’t walk Bellinger. I know he has been struggling, but his bat is so much more explosive than Grandal.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

Couldn’t finish off Game 2 with a late lead. Couldn’t manage to score a run in four extra innings, let alone all the other opportunities in the earlier innings of Game 4. That’s how you have a 2-2 series instead of a 4-0 sweep. And the pessimism sets in that the Dodgers figure out how to take the series because the Brewers couldn’t win games that were right there for the taking.

I even walk Grandal too. Load them up and make Urias/Kershaw/buhler beat Guerra or Cedeno.......why not?

Ugh... throw junk to grandal to see if he chases after you see if bellinger chases. Then face a pitcher... ugh. That's oversite.

Gio has to be pulled from the NLCS roster to get either Davies or Anderson on it - simply to have somebody that can log multiple innings from the pen aside from Woodruff tomorrow if necessary. With how Gio has looked this postseason, there's zero downside to him missing a possible world series.

Also maddening is the fact that our so-called lefty specialist can't be counted on to get a LH bat out over a tiring Guerra in that spot - there was literally no better spot for Cedeno than Bellinger or walking him to get to Grandal.

frustrating loss, with a quick turnaround tomorrow

I think this series just ended. I have zero faith in this offense. Zero. You deserve to lose when you have that many baserunners in 13 innings and score one run. Absolutely disgusting. Cain and Yelich specifically should be ashamed of themselves.

Can't wait to see another visiting team clinch a pennant in Milwaukee. Hope they are getting the champagne out in the visitors' locker.

I can't second guess pitching or pitching strategy. I just can't. 1 damn run in 13 innings, from a pinch hitter, this result is what they deserve. So ****** P.O'd I don't even want to watch this crap again.

Second guess... yes you can

Blame... of course not

They made some huge catches tonight. Multiple season saving moments for LAD tonight. It really feels like the pitching had to be perfect to pull this out. It was almost perfect but that last inning was a flawed strategy.

Devastating...

Now ARod whining about how Arcia doesn't know how to bunt. "He hit 3 HR in the regular season, and his not knowing how to bunt might have cost this team a World Championship. When I was a young shortstop, I knew how to bunt."

Eat a D, ARod.

Even the Milwaukee radio post-game show mentioned Arcia’s lack of bunting prowess as part of the reason why he may not have been directed to move Pina over after the leadoff double. So while most of us would agree with ARod’s jerkiness, he seems to have a legitimate point about a gap in Arcia’s game. To be honest, there is some lack of what used to be fundamental baseball with the current roster not just with Arcia.
