Waiting for this game has been the pits. Here's hoping the Crew wins this series in 7 games just so the layoff before the world series isn't so long.

I'm not sure my anxiety could take a game 7.

 

Let's hope Gio can give us a strong 5

Due to plans made months ago I'll be away from the TV for this one tonight and listening only via radio. At first was pretty bummed, but honestly I have grown more excited about tuning into Uecker and trying to relax and enjoy. This is going to be a special series and I am so glad it's here.

 

Also for what it's worth online sportsbooks have LA as favorites anywhere from -140 to -160 tonight (no surprise especially considering Kershaw factor). It feels good to be an underdog at home.

I woke up like a shot at 5am today. I was going to go buy tailgating supplies over lunch today, but went this morning instead.

 

Got to work by 7:30, 6 different people have already talked to me.

 

I remember having a conversation, but I'm not exactly sure what any of them said.

Gio Gonzalez in Game 1 of the NLCS against Kershaw...honestly I can't help but laugh at it. It is kind of sad to think 2/3 of our NLCS rotation is Gio Gonzalez and Wade Miley. At the same time simply incredible we even got here depending on guys like that who came here prett much washed up.

 

That being said both have put up insane numbers for us and that is all that matters right now. Over 200 innings I would laugh and say we are doomed...but its all about small samples at this point!!!

I forgot about that Born a Brewer video. If the Brewers haven't tweaked that with a few clips of current Brewers and have it ready to play before the game today they will have really missed the boat. Final shot should be Yelich yelling LETS GOOOOO!

Even my wife is getting pulled into the excitement. If we make it to the World Series can we get Ueck to be part of the National broadcast? At the very least if there is a game 7 of the World Series Uecker should be in the TV booth.
