I don't think the Crew would be on this list. Why would a Federal Grand Jury be required? Couldn't MLB handle this internally?

I would assume some laundering of money to hide the overpay to whoever in the other country to acquire their prospects???

Interesting that Olivera is involved because his signing seemed to be as "transparent" as it gets. 29 year old that defected from Cuba. The agent that he was working with, Greg Genske, seems to have a good reputation. It will be interesting to see what's going on here.
