Playoff Tickets-Lottery?

What a farce. The "ticket" icon can't opened in a new tab, so once I placed one order I lost out on the entire NLDS.

I am absolutely livid. This was TERRIBLE by the Brewers.

Yep. Having the same exact problem. It's a joke.

Are you calling the office? I can't at the moment.

Nope, it is working as intended. They just poorly formulated what was happening by not using clear English.

What it should've said is, "You will be allowed to buy 4 tickets total spanning the Wild Card & NLDS Games."

I was wondering if that was the case. However, I purchased two tickets for one game and it stated that I had reached my limit. Shouldn't I be able to purchase 2 more?

That's not what was intended. It's 4 per game.

The problem is that we processed our order instead of "additional tickets" like the poster above.

This a widespread issue and people are pissed off. Just spoke with my rep.

Please Note: There is a limit of 4 tickets per game, per account, and once you have completed a purchase through this link, your account number/password will no longer be valid for additional purchases through this opportunity. Tickets will be delivered exclusively through the MLB Ballpark App, with barcodes displaying prior to gates opening on game day.

Our accounts were locked when we completed a purchase.

The box office is not answering calls, at least mine. I've yet to get a response via email as well.

I emailed my rep immediately and am getting no response. I have to imagine they are working on fixing it. We aren't the only few people that didn't click on things properly and are getting screwed right now. I would be it's all hands on deck to get this fixed. I'll post if I get an update.

When will vendors learn how to sell tickets? I swear to god this happens for everything.

The ballpark app knows I got the 4 tickets for the wildcard game. You'd think this wouldn't be that hard to allow 4 per game and multiple transactions...heck even if you wanted like 2 terrace and 2 field level in multiple transactions for 1 game. I'm not an IT so I don't know the ins and outs, I just can't imagine it being that difficult.

You wouldn't want to, but their interface kind of sucks. You are shown a screen with all four games and a "T" icon. The problem is you can't open more than one of them or right click, or new tab, etc. So you click one, it opens, and you're led to believe you have to buy them right there. When you then try to add another game, you get a messaged you've been locked out.

There is a small "add more tickets" line that lets you add games, but apparently almost everybody didn't see it.

The communication was awful, and continues to be.

This is the same as it was back in 2011 - my brother was chosen in the lottery to purchase seats to the NLCS and sent the link to me. When I ordered tickets to game 1, I tried to go back and order more tickets, but this same thing occurred. The link and password were no longer valid.

[sarcasm]Glad to see they've updated the system.[/sarcasm]
